Off Market Property Networking
To complement our online service we recognise the added value of face to face meetings with other professionals working in this space (and with other advisors to HNW/UHNW clients). Consequently, we will be holding regular Off Market Property Networking events for the users of our service – to be hosted in luxury apartments and houses for sale or rent. For our members it will be a unique opportunity to make new connections in the industry whilst also reconnecting with existing contacts.
Due to the obvious complications with holding an event in an off market property, most of our events will be held in properties either pre-market or on the open market. As most property agents deal with both ‘on’ and ‘off’ market properties, the events will be an opportunity to view (or possibly reacquaint with) an impressive property or development and for the owner/developer a chance to create a buzz about a particular residence(s) whilst also widening their own network of property and HNW/UHNW professionals.

Off Market Property Networking Events
If you represent or own a luxury property (currently on the market for sale or rent – or soon to be put on the market) and would like to host one of our Off Market Property Networking events, please contact us to discuss in further detail.
Our events are an opportunity to create a buzz about your property or development among relevant professionals (buying agents, financial advisors, family office professionals etc). In addition the attendees of each event, there is further exposure for the host property through the range of methods we will use to market the event both pre and post event – including but not limited to; emailing the members of our off market property service, Linkedin posts and invitations, Twitter and Instagram.
Where possible, we also involve luxury brands in such events as they are often keen to be associated with prestigious properties and have access to individuals and companies advising high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
